Hobo Jungle
Pete, my sarcasm never works in the Jungle. I remember the visit vividly because it's the only time I ever managed to double-head those fellows without a problem. Remember my pool shot (over 90-degree cut down the rail) that you asked me to shoot again? Know why I didn't? What contraband in the trunk? You must mean the conga band.

That cat-thought message is one of the coolest things I've ever read - shows me you be knowin' lots o' shit. Jeeeze, I think I'm becoming a fan......(?) Here and there, you appear to be well worth the read, bub. yesssirreee. Rock on, brother. Rock-on.

Ah. I thought you were trying to disavow, before witnesses, having ever had the sufficiently poor judgment to invite me up.
And no, it wasn't a conga band. It was a carousel.

Daisy, your layout is startin' to look terrific, but you have to get rid of that body layin' over in the corner. Be careful who you get to help you, as you must be very discreet. I'd suggest 30 miles offshore, in a steel drum punched full of holes, and weighted.

Mitch, Have you ever seen pics of Tramp's cellar? Shit, it looks like an entire Roman city down there. She could wall his *** up in a catacomb and blow the 30 mile boat gas fee on pizza and beer with all of us!!!!!
Great shots, DaizzzzzIe!!1 Especially the outhouse by the liquor store!!!

....The floor is beautiful (if i may say so, slightly off topic,) the wide loops do look appropriate for the elegant passenger trains, the station is wonderful for the site on your railroad, and I see the cat is still supervising everything. Thus, Life is as it should be, in Daisyville, I believe!

Daisy,
Thank you for posting the photos. I love that floor layout. Reminds me of one the neighbor girls got when I was a little kid. I got a Lionel with a small oval of O-27 track the same Christmas that they got an American Flyer with enough track to fill the living room. I liked mine better. Lionel engine and cars are bigger.
I agree with Mitch, that body has got to go. I moved it over into the trunk for you so you can hide it from the neighbors as you move it into the barn where the steel drum is. Place the trunk on a rug so that you will not scratch that beautiful floor while you slide it to the stairs.
