Wayne, I thought somethin' was screwed up 2 weeks ago on Saturday morning. I was on this forum before work, and when I went to switch between forums, I got the dreaded message. Funny thing was, when I got home from work again, the forum was working for a while, then just went out. I was having computer problems myself and blamed it on my unit. Sunday morning, my 'puter crashed, and went to the computer hospital with a severe viral infection. I didn't really know MTJ was down 'til Monday morning at work, I checked in, and still got the dreaded message. My ISP de-bugged my hardrive, gave it plenty of anti-biotics , and reloaded Windows 2000 in it, and I had it back Friday evening, only to find MTJ would be down for another week.

At any rate, it's good to be back up and runnin'. Waitin' to hear from Tramp. According to weather forecasts, he should be completely buried in his house by now. Maybe he'll still be diggin' out in July. :wink:

Damn. Been outside the camp for so long it aches. Haven't been on the lam with no place to hide out like this since Cinderdick hosed out the original camp and salted it.

Good be back with 'bo's.

Same here Mitch. On Saturday 16 FEB 08, sometimes "phpBB : Critical Error" would show and sometimes I could get on. When I got to work Monday, I tried again. Could not get on at all by then.

I thought Shyguy had installed an update to the application MTJ uses and it had some bugs. Turned out to be the hard drive that hosts the MTJ forum crashing.

What you can't see in the photo is the extension cord and the battery charger under the hood. A man heads out in the snow for beer, sucks when his pathetic H dies in the parking lot. But I knew I needed to get some beer for you hobos. Everyone must have been thirsty during the drought. CHEERS!

Thanks for the beer, Tramp. Hey buddy, do you own a snowblower? If not, why not? Do you have a really strong back? I've been watchin' you folks get buried on the Weather Channel.

Well, besides me, San, Tramp, Daisy, Wayne, Hev, and ANG have checked in. Still among the missing, Jon, Dirt, and Roger.

I'll stoke 'er up a little bit. Maybe they can't see the fire.

Psssst, Mitch! Um . . . don't mention the word "snowblower" around Tramp. Might send him over the edge. We've had incidents and now our blower is um, well, somewhere else. And Tramp has a little problem with his arm.

We're just going to stay buried in the white. It's nice in here.

Snow plowing 1930's method: ram flat car into banks of snow loosened by dynamite;
back down; shovel off flat car; repeat as needed

I'm here. It will take a while to get caught up .Almost like being in solitary.

While trying to get a fix,I visited some other forums. On OGR it was mentioned that MTJ was down.

Jon, where the hell are ya? I can't start drinking beer without ya and I'm getting thirsty. Must be all the shoveling.

Snowblowa? Did someone say snowblowa?

Mitch, on a 93 Honda if the battery is losing its charge but tests good, can it only be a bad alternator? Do they have voltage regulators like on my Chevrolet?

I am beginning to worry about the Dirt. Did he resurrect the Farmall only to crack through the ice on a lake during a beer run?
