The emergency reponse was fast and effective.Help from a hundred mile radius apparently.
Ft.Stewart/Hunter provided helicopter transport to Augusta.
Most of the injuries are burns and some are reported to be up to 90% of a body.
There are still some pockets of fire but it seems to be controlled.
I understand that it would have been much worse if earlier in the day.

Thanks for the update. I have been following it in the news here.
My prayers are with those folks ... especially the burn victims.
I was a burn patient years ago with 3rd degree burns ... went through
skin grafts, debreedings, infections, etc. .... PURE HELL ON EARTH !!!
I don't think that there is any more intense pain than severe burns.

Tramp, it's only early February. In sports, isn't the Pro-Bowl this weekend. And in Nascar, isn't the Bud (or should it be the Coors) Shootout this weekend. Daytona next weekend. Some missions coming up and trying to fix some broke choppers this weekend for some overtime pay. (building the layout funds). Should have been a well deserved 3 days off to work on the layout- but heck- funds take priority around this camp! I'll join you all for a few beers!!!! Line 'em up bar-key!!!!
