Roger,

Not a direct connection. I love cowgirls. In fact I married one.

Well another half day at work in the hanger is over. Black angus burgers on the grill and an ice cold Sam Adams in my paw. :D

DaIZzzS!!! Thats it!!! But I trim my claws a little better!!! :D

Hev, No. I was thinking of the style more like the coil car you gave me on my visit to see you. That Lionel version looks kinda cheesy. Or is it just me?
Here's the car you gave me:

Hey, I think that Lionel version is an abomination of design. Look at how they broke up those letters. NSY LVA NIA? Just looks fcuked. Not to mention every single other thing about it. But that top one is just fine. Fine in every way. Fine lines, fine fonts, cool use of those color modes. FINE.

Hey Hev, if I come visit, will you give me a car too? :D

But the PRR car is closer to being correct than the SP car.I am not sure, but I don't think SP ever painted cars like that.[I could be wrong].

Oh. Well, that's something, I like reality. (WAIT - WHAT DID I JUST SAY???>!>!>!>) but really yes that's true and very good point as far as the car models go, reality to the true version is very satistfying and lovely. Unfortunate that reality sucks.

:D

But thank gog not always, far from it. ref. Tramp's new thong.

ddAAzziE, I'm with you!! The point is even if SP did not produce the coil car in those colors it's still a valid coil car rendered very nicely. Lionels version(even if a valid coil car) to me looks like one of their earlier goofy 6464 style jobs. (barf.)
