Mitch, help! I did the '66 Impala's rear brakes today and found both wheel cylinders perfectly dry under the boots. The master cylinder is dry, the lines appear dry, yet I'm losing fluid. Where is the damn stuff going? Maybe my crazy neighbor the Witch is drinking it?

Check between the master cilinder and the air booster.
Also the compensation valve, if it have.

Sometimes you see rust round the area.
so, separate the pump from the booster (no necessary to remove any line) and take a look inside. If the leak is from there probably is full of liquid.

It's 11:00 PM EST Dirt Man and the spuds are headed northbound. We had an AWESOME day at Ruff & Tumble. Dirt Man was like a kid in a candy store........................... :lol: :lol: :lol:
