You point out one of the foibles of my paper construction methods, Wayne - the exposed corner. One could very likely mount the paper such that it would be possible to "wrap" the edge, covering the exposed matt board, but sometimes the scanned graphics are a bit mucked up. I usually do a bit of editing using MS Paint, creating a sliver I can cut and fit as a corner. It's not the best solution, but it generally works:

Of course, sometimes my diabetes-riddled eyesight fails me and I don't get things quite aligned properly when cementing the paper corner in place (as seen here). Still, in the world that was predominantly lithographed tab-and-slot construction, it works well enough for me.

Ahh, a second layer of image for the corners. I was thinking of the second method you mentioned, making two of the wall images (front and back or side and side) longer than the wall and folding the excess around the corner.

I have empathy for your eyes. I do not have diabetes, but I do have age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Getting old is so interesting. You really can't understand what it is like until you try it.

AMD is rough...I have a 91 year-old stepmother that suffers with macular degeneration. Her vision is pretty well shot, yet she still manages to do craft stuff. She recently took a basket-weaving class and with some judicious assistance from the instructor, was able to make a small basket. I never would have thought that would be possible, but she proved me wrong.

I recall a few years ago I was taking her to a doctor's appointment. We were running late and we had to stop at a work-zone on the way. She started yelling at me, asking why we were stopping when I knew we were running late. I told her we have to stop for a work-zone...can't you see the flagman standing in front of us (literally not more than 8-10 feet from the front of the car. She said no, I can't see him.

That, I explained, is why we took her car keys, lol.

My understanding is there's quite a bit they can do to slow the progression, but there's no fix...at least not yet.

It looks "good enough" from here,
Most of the trouble in the world is caused by people wanting to be important.
