The meet is still 3 weeks away.... by then it'll be so warm in Atlanta that you'll wish you wore your beachwear.

It's 56 degrees right now in Atlanta, despite it being a cloudy day. We're still two and a half weeks out from the meet.

Hurray! Atlanta in the ice is no fun for anyone. It's a 9+ hr drive for me and that's just a wee bit much for this alte Hasen.

Well, I've got a tree limb stuck through a hole in my roof now. Not a fan of roofing work, but needs must.

Would like to go if it were not a 9 hour drive....hotel rooms....and another 9 hour drive. I'm lucky to be able to drive 150 miles.....

We're going to be mid 80's this weekend and for OK that is warn even on a good year.

I agree on long drives. Frequent bathroom stops are inevitable and drivers are insane and rude...especially truckers. Plus I really like sleeping in my own bed and dragging CPAP equipment adds to the hassle.

If I have a co-pilot // navigator in the 2nd seat, I can drive distance. Having a few gigs of music plugged in the car helps!
