I wonder if that building still exists. It would make a great model.

The building was replaced by a new P.H.C. building after a 1936 fire.

The water is not a canal, it is the Shenango River.

As I did state it being at State and Shenango and that being the Shenango River.

Nice that they saved that emblem/signage! There's also a river walk access along side of the building.

Looks like plank, but I'm not sure......I guess pouring concrete was off in the future. Was herringbone brick sidewalks in my youth in PA. Pretty sure some of that is still in place.
