Former President Obama is out on the trail winning votes for the Democrat candidates. Biden's out in Florida alienating the Democrat vote. They also want the Philadelphia vote bad, but Biden went on national TV and called the people of Philly "obnoxious". Most obnoxious city in the US. Way to go Joe!

Last year. Obnoxious? You bet!

The town that booed Santa.......that booed the drunk guy the fell out of the upper deck at the Vet because he got up. The people that drive on the Surekill Distressway.....

Anyone that's lived anywhere near Philly knows that the people there will absolutely celebrate that label with the greatest of pride.

It's been near 35 years, but I always hated Philly and most anyplace in Jersey. Back in my truckin' days, I would have rather delivered Brooklyn or Queens before going to either. I'll agree, they can be obnoxious! But my point was, when the 'Crats are gettin' their clocks cleaned in the polls, why aggravate a huge population center before an election, just 'cause they booed the 1st Lady at a baseball playoff game a couple of weeks back? (Considerin' Philly politics, I still won't rule out the fraud factor)!

The Democrat Party wants Fetterman elected, even though they know he's not competent enough to be a US Senator. My thinking is: get him elected and sworn in, then disqualify him on medical reasons, and the new Governor of Pa, (which will most likely be Shapiro, a democrat), can then appoint Conner Lamb, who most likely would have won the primary except for the thinking that an incumbent Lt. Governor would have a much better shot in the general election.

BTW, when Lamb ran for Congress 2 years back, he said he wouldn't be a puppet for Nancy Pelosi. Fact check:!! He voted with the 'Crats on every single bill since takin' office in Jan. '21!

I’m still out knocking on doors. My area is pro oz. And Shapiro. A few people that mailed in Fetterman want their ballot back after watching the debate

NFL
On this date: Eagles fans throw snowballs at Santa

Take a look back to Dec. 15, 1968 when Eagles fans booed and pelted Santa Claus with snowballs.

Don't forget the time they gave out transistor radios to Phillies fans. Something angered the fans during the game. So the threw the 9v batteries towards the field. That ended giveaway days for awhile.

The last time I went to a ball game in Philly (Veterans stadium) circa late 70's was a twinight double header with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Things started to get rowdy (alcohol) during the second game. Someone threw a liquor bottle (only paper sold in the stadium, so it was brought in from outside) at Pirates center fielder Al Oliver. A 53 year old man attacked one of the usherettes. You could watch the action evolve because a string of 7 or 8 stadium cops would run to each disturbance. They had a court and judge in the bowels of the stadium, and they hauled offenders down there and did justice on the spot! I'm sure some of that made the Inquirer (local newspaper).
