And, if you don't see that, you're mind is closed. It's not news at all, it's been discussed for decades......ongoing and increasing...but not new.

Yes QAnon is the answer. Get rid of those Jewish space lasers and the real America will shine again. What a bunch of fascist puppets we hear from here. White supremacists, xenophobes and bigots. The Republican party indulges in fantasies about stolen elections, vanishing freedoms, the threat of immigration and the horrors of budget deficits. All the while doing their best to wrest the control of the country away from majority rule, fostering laws that are misogynist, barbarian, homophobic and otherwise depriving the unwanted of their freedoms, forgetting that their own ancestors were immigrants within living memory, and having cut corporate taxes to levels below those in any other democracy. But it is the Democrats who are taking away their freedom to impose religious fanaticism on the nation, and taking away their rights to own automatic weapons despite not being a member of a well regulated militia (I don't count the Proud Boys or Oath Takers as well regulated). It's hard to know which is more at work with many Republicans: stupidity, hatred/fear or ignorance/hypocrisy.

I'm a lot closer in touch with reality than you are if you think that recent post of yours has anything to do with 2022 reality . For one thing, anyone who thinks America has a socialist system is an ignorant nitwit who has no idea what socialism actually is. So the pathetic old geezer who wrote that email is so wildly out of touch with reality and you apparently agree with his nincompoopery. America may well be in decline, but it has nothing to do with socialism, immigration or budget deficits. It has to do with a large proportion of the population who are still yearning for the 1950s, or better yet, post-reconstruction years of the 1870s. Anti-science, anti-education, obsession with violence and religious fanaticism have more to do with our problems than anything else mentioned.

None of those are automatic weapons. It is very hard to bt an automatic gun. It requires $2000. Or more tax stamp to own. An Ar15 is semi automatic. You must pull the trigger to fire every round. An automatic you pull the trigger and hold to fire several rounds.
