In fact, she reminds me of the totally self-absorbed tart who Butch, the boxer , has as a pet-girlfriend in “Pulp Fiction,” one of my favorite movies ever.
To me, the movie is so good that the irritation she infects part of the movie so well with is tolerable, enough that I have , just now, seen it for the umteenth time. (What a feast of characters that movie is; so many golden, memorable vignettes and individuals !!)

That would look a lot better with the wheel arch replaced with smooth metal matching the rest of the truck.
