People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
Re: Whatzit?
Closeup of an impressionist painting? I was thinking of Renoir, Luncheon of the Boating Party.

Made it race against time.
Once I built a railroad, now it's done --

Wayne,
Never heard anything like that frog sound during my 10+ years living in Kentucky.
I was in the eastern hills and you are more western. Different birds too.
I hope your not in the flooding area.

Significant flooding occurred in several Eastern Kentucky counties. Columbia is in Central Kentucky.
We had our own mini-flood when the creek ran over the top of both bridges in our drive.
Upper Bridge

Lower Bridge
