I didn't dare. The driveway is sloped so I was sure I wouldn't make ii 2" . No point in taking the chance.

And, while you might make down, coming back up becomes the real challenge.

We got as low as a true -11 last week and 12"-15" of snow, depending on where you were in the area. Today, 70+. -11 might have set a record, but both extreme temps are quite unusual for this time of year.

Could be hard on the water mains and rest of the exterior plumbed with that kind of a swing.

Yep, we're on well and septic, as are many in OK, but still raises serious concerns as water lines are not buried as deep around here as they are further north.

We survived unscathed. :D

Good to know -- folks south of you have not fared all that well.

Almost 4:00 pm. 45 degrees outside. I’m driving around with the windows open. Starting to get windy. Probably a blessing. This will dry the roads before they freeze tonight

Yes. Got up into the 50's here and calling for 60's tomorrow; roads will be good and clear - got to make a run over to the PO to mail out sales,

Cut the grass 4,17. I usually try to hold out until May. This year I waited a week to long. Grass was a foot tall . Thick, green and juicy. A cow’s dream. It usually takes 45-an hour to do. 2 hours this time.

Yes. I've cut the front now twice to avoid letting it get out of control Cut the back once now, too.
