In typical Trainz fashion, the photos are way too dark. Save and lighten, and the horror becomes visible.
The frame is so rusted....the moisture and rust has damaged the paint on engineer's side on cab and back of hood.
Front stack is missing. The RARE! VINTAGE! COLLECTIBLE! yellow air tanks and dynamic brake portion is gone.
Cheap, fixed coupler, 2-position e-unit, missing or damaged anything of value. By the time you pay shipping, close to $70. 50-60 more than it's worth for parts.
Opinion.

When I clicked on that Trainz listing, ebay showed me another one in much better condition for $159.99 with free shipping:
Lionel 614 Alaska Railroad NW-2 Diesel Locomotive Switcher With Yellow Brake
Is that one worth $160 to you? (Just curious - I'm a 2-rail guy.)

Absolutely not. Cheap, 2 position e-unit, fixed coupler, the only thing going for it was the yellow top that ONLY came on a 614.
I have no idea what changed, but the one now shown is not the one I saw. I had to look it up again, here it is:

If I need yet another NW2, it will be a General Models and not any Lionel version. I should look to see if those top pieces are repro'd. Make an interesting conversion.
