So....I have a couple three questions.
Having never to the best of my knowledge purchased any Weaver stuff, what am I really seeing?

Why does the listing mention (after it went to 12K) "Parts Are Now Included"?
The boxes with supposedly passenger cars in them......based upon the angles of the contents, the two photos of boxes are same two boxes from different angles. And that may or may not be a passenger car. It IS the floor/seat section in both boxes. Other photos show all the car vestibule ends, one of a truck, one of steps, one of interior bits.

Are there uber-rare items kits? Or did someone take plain or undec cars apart, paint and letter, and never finish putting them back together again?

First two photos appear to be snagged from elsewhere, don't think they are the kit form items being flogged.

Kit form, no photos of the actual cars, the (box only) comment is strange...like when you complain, he can state you bought the (box only).
