Re: Coronavirus:
Educate me. Explain something to me, if you please, guys:
There is an extremely popular athlete in NJ at present, Nick Suriano, a Rutgers wrestler, 133-pound weight class. He won the NCAA Wrestling Championships on March 23, 2019 and is preparing himself for the Olympics, despite the postponement recently in the News.
People appear to like him due to his extremely positive and pleasant attitude, healthy, champion's appearance (I tried to include a photo; maybe Wayne will help me out again with this) and outlook on his future.
But how would he and all the other wrestlers be able to practice and wrestle? If playing baseball, for example, has been forbidden, one can well imagine what the outlook would be toward the ultimate in-close sport of wrestling. Sweat. Breath in your face. Effusions from mouths. Grabbing every possible area of the opponent's body. Holding-on tightly. None of that is anywhere near "social-distancing."
What's next for Nick Suriano's athletic aspirations and activities? He is the epitome of vibrant, youthful power and grace and positivity. It would be a real shame for him to be a victim, in any way, of this CoronaVirus scourge. See his picture and you will agree, I am sure.

Re: Coronavirus:
He could be stuck in a training facility with 20 other wrestlers.

He could do everything alone in a gym, work out outside alone, and do everything that everyone else is doing on his own.

The virus did not start in this country. It started in the biggest S-hole communist country in the world that we continue to do business with through open border policy. And who is it that loves that open border

Haiti
In the fall of 2010, months after a devastating earthquake struck Haiti, a new disaster began: a cholera outbreak that killed thousands of people and continues to sicken people across the country.
Experts determined that the source of the disease was a U.N. peacekeeping camp. And now, nearly six years later, the United Nations has admitted it played some role in the deadly outbreak.

And when he shut down air travel from China, who was it that called him a racist and a xenophobe.
While I'm thinking about it I wonder what happened with all those stranded Americans that he brought back from China and Japan that were quarantined on a military base....

After two weeks of quarantine they were released to go home assuming they had no symptoms. If they did have symptoms or tested positive, they got to stay a little longer.
BTW, the ban on inbound flights from China wasn't that effective as they did nothing to check or even stop people who came in from China by way of Europe or the Middle East, Japan, Canada, ... so long as it wasn't a direct connecting flight (aka they weren't booked as "coming" from China).

Thought that the ones that tested positive were transported to Nebraska Med.

That sounds right. I just covered it under the extended stay part as I wasn't sure where they went. There may have been multiple sites set up to cover the whole country. Initial triage/observation and then followup care/isolation if they were deemed infected.
