On my yearly checkup with my Urologists ( kidney stones ) I get the rubber glove finger up the butt hole. He says it feels good so I'm okay for another year. Except for that twitch I have for about an hour afterwards....

I've had a couple T.U.R.P.s to great effect , but never a twitch afterwards. Does that make me a bad person ? oh, and by the way, my urologist used both hands . plus what seemed like quite a bit of furniture and lighting, it seemed, to me.

If i was doing this type of exam. I would have to rubber prosthetic hands. Imagine placing rubber hands over the patient shoulders.
