Dear All:
Just received my copy via snail mail today. Two articles may be of interest. Actually, there is a lot of interest to all modelers, in my opinion, this was one very well prepared MRP.
Southern Pacific Guadalupe Subdivision
This layout was brought up in the following thread:

The MRP 2020 article features this railroad, and a track plan. It is an extremely well executed railroad (albeit in HO), but could also be well executed in O scale. It is not overly complex, and provides one heck of a stage for viewing SP motive power and equipment typically used in southern California.
Big steam is back in the Applacians
Very excited to see Chris' Smith's Norfolk and Western railroad. I have been following Chris' work for years, and still marvel at how well he has executed an O scale layout featuring large articulated steam and long coal drags. Looking forward to see his railroad up and running in it's new location.
Regards,

Running that red block Charlie.

Agreed, Chris's N&W is about as good as it gets. Gorgeous scenery, big time steam, prototype accuracy, beautiful trackwork on and on.

Thanks for the note and comments guys. I have been working diligently on the coal mine complex recently. I should have some in progress shots up soon.
