I'm far from done but I imagine the price wont go up too much more when I add the details. I'll need the dimensions for the Kadee boxes you're going to use and trucks. I'd rather just make the coupler box in the model ( as it should be).. and make it so you can mount a Kadee # (whatever) in there. I'll let you add cut lever, train lines, vertical brake wheel and appliances since that stuff is available elsewhere and way more durable. If you have grabs you want to use, I can create the holes with NBC's and you can apply them. When its finished, I recommend you buy one to make sure everything is how you want it. The finish will need to be finely sanded and primed but should look good, definitely if you weather it. Maybe sneak some weights in there too because this thing will weigh damn near nothing. The big thing to remember here is that I don't have a lot of accurate information on this car but it will be a a good representation of the prototype.
Like I said, I didn't plan on charging you but maybe we can trade something in the future. Soon I'll finally have a work shop once again as I've since divorced, tore down my layout and moved south back to my hometown of Kalamazoo. This is kinda how I get my modeling "Fix" On the side, Im drawing up a Conrail B30-7R for a future 1:48 build as well.
