B&O Inspection Locomotive?

I thought this was talked about awhile back? I am helping a guy sort models for sale and came across this thing.

Not a B&O inspection locomotive, but one of Master Mechanic Ross Winans' attempts in the early 1850's to
build a "better locomotive" and these 0-8-0 Camels (not camelbacks!) and similar 4-8-0 versions were the result.
The 0-8-0 was used in freight service, and doubt that any ever made any inspection trips with a full contingent
of brass hats aboard....The cab of a camel was moved forward to straddle the boiler to place more weight on the
driving wheels (or so Winans claimed), in the camelback, the cab was moved forward to allow the use of a larger
firebox (such as the Wooten).

Yep, Max Gray import. Levon Kemalyan had one on display on his desk. Friend of mine ended up with it. Wouldn't run, two drivers so far out of quarter the thing couldn't move. I need to finish painting it for him. I've had the darn thing for probably 10 years.

They were also done by SMR......twice......first batch were incorrect and were sold of by someone other than SMR. Second batch was then done for SMR. Both painted mostly green, as I recall.
