Quite frankly, I’m against people who give vent to their loquacity by extraneous bombastic circumlocution.

Looks like it, doesn't it?
Johnstown?
The view card did not name Johnstown, oddly enough, but it seems likely.

As is mine, but it's odd to me that the card did not have the name on it - usually names of scenes were part of selling sets of these view cards.

It has been actual decades since I studied about the Flood, but as I recall there was a PRR passenger train swept away. I can't recall if there was a PRR facility also impacted to account for these locos.

The Pennsylvania Railroad by E. P. Alexander, page 227 states that over 10 miles of track were destroyed along with bridges, the roundhouse, machine shops and yard. Also 34 locos, 24 passenger cars and 561 freight cars were lost and damaged. And more.

Looks to have some kind of a pedal power chain driven contraption on it to move it on the tracks. Hard to tell.
Kind of looks like this one.

Certainly similar. Maybe hand cranked off both sides of that contraption?

That is another great scene for Murph to produce.
I have seen so many places like that and nostalgia
opens what is left of my mind to other similar scenes
I remember from my past.
