I am so very, very joyful that 8 in-total are now freed. Every person in the world is hoping for the remaining boys and their coach.

But I must confess, I have an uneasy feeling about what happens next.

Probably be a movie in 9 months with Dwayne Johnson in it....

Yeah, but who could they get to play the hapless (my supposition) coach, who unless he is one cool dude , is soon to be vilified, worldwide, I would imagine.

We are at our best when we help each other.

That is when we are the most human and the most distinguished from all other forms of life.

Each of those boys, now rescued from that cave, have a personal lesson, of the greatest depth, of how good it feels to have been helped and saved by another person, and how good it must feel to help others.

I'd love to be able to see what each of them becomes, in life, as an adult.

This rescue is one of OUR finest moments. I noticed, as I did this deliberately, that no matter where I was during this ordeal, that if I said to anybody or to any group of people, "____ boys are out!" or words to that effect, everyone knew exactly what I was referencing and instantly rejoiced with me. Not a single person said to me, "Huh? What thehell are you talking about!"

Yes. Then we would continue to (try to) earn this wonderful world, and enjoy it all the more.

I believe that kindness is never wasted.

Can we even imagine how the rescuers, those directly involved and those in support, however quietly behind the scenes, feel?!!! I predict, they will have difficulty explaining that joy, how it is much more fun to help somebody else succeed than to just worry about oneself.

And now the southern Japanese Islands are going to be hit by a category 5 hurricane, said to be the worst the world has seen for a long, long, time. Didn't seem to get much coverage.

Children, and children in a cave beats a lot of other tragedy; fires out West in the US seem to have also faded from the news although I did see coverage of a dust/sand storm in Phoenix.
