That article is a couple of years old (2015) using data from 2014. You;ll have to wait a bit for the 2018 census to find out what the numbers are this year and that data probably won;t be fully available until 2019.

According to some of the latest statistics there are 11 million illegals from Mexico in this country. And they are still coming in by the thousands through our southern border. It won't be long now before they will turn the US into a $hit hole country like the one they came from.

I took a Political Science class in 1977. At that time, German Americans were the majority group in the U.S., and had been for a long time. That was because the German states, and the later unified Germany, were constantly drafting young men.

There was a large migration of Germans to this country in the 1800s. And German is the largest Ancestry Group In The United States. I have German Ancestry. But no direct decedents. I am so mixed I call myself Heinz 57 variety.

I don't think the German majority had anything to do with a political science prof gave as a reason in 1977.

You are correct. The northern part of Africa was once a part of the Muslim Caliphate. However the European repelled them back then. This time they welcome them with open arms.
