And regarding my affinity for buffets, I managed to get control, simply by staying permanently away. Now we only go to table-service restaurants, and manage to take home most of what is on the plate, even the occasional Pasta Fagioli (soup,) no lessdividing the leftovers up, in subsequent days, to two or even three warm-up meals.
Weakness remains, however - ice cream. I would imagine it is killing me.
