It's what they're built for, huh. I'm not certain what I'm built for these days, though; maybe, buffets.

Well, if you take up biking to counter the buffet addiction, beware...........

Comforting.
I hope the biker didn't become curbside delivery of fastfood.

And regarding my affinity for buffets, I managed to get control, simply by staying permanently away. Now we only go to table-service restaurants, and manage to take home most of what is on the plate, even the occasional Pasta Fagioli (soup,) no less  dividing the leftovers up, in subsequent days, to two or even three warm-up meals.

Weakness remains, however - ice cream. I would imagine it is killing me.

I am familiar with the concept; what used to be a meal for the 2 of us is now 2-3 meals for us.

I have recently been informed that it is probably killing me.

Don't get old........

I feel it still beats the alternative, getting dead.

Made it race against time.
Once I built a railroad, now it's done --
Brother, can you spare a dime?

I may, however, spend the year 2019 dead for tax reasons.

IRS won't let you be dead for one year. It's all or nothing at all.
