They migrate according to the lure of the smell of money combined with an air of gullibility (think of people off meditating on crystals.....) and then line their pockets preparing to move on to the next location -- sort of like locusts wearing suits.
If you put them on retainer (a small financial bribe) not unlike collaring a rather large aggressive dog, then they remain yours for life and will defend you.
It's the unfettered ones roaming free that see you unprotected that are the real danger. Of course, there are the ones that decide to morph into politicians and those you just put down as early as possible otherwise, well, you know what happens then...............you vote for them.
