A year or so ago I asked him about decals for the Heinz pickle car, which he didn't have, but he showed me decals for the vinegar car. This was at the Chicago show, I believe 2016.

Ok, but given there's no resin vinegar car (apparently) and a brass one is not happening, what are these being used for then?
I could scratchbuild another one, but I'm disinclined to do so just to use up a set of decals I don't have,

Could there have been a wooden kit in O scale? I've had two wooden kits in HO pass through my hands.

There were wood kits in HO; Ambroid, etc. made several kits in HO that were never offered in O. Some might have been popular had they done so.
