Well, you've done it Erik!!! This one absolutely looks real. The angle is terrific and adds to the overall look. Just like sitting on the bank fishing or trainspotting. I can't find anything that says model.

I have not started the weather of the bridges yet that’s next; still working. Weathering wise it will be not as rusty as we see them today it’s only a 20 year old simulation (1940’s-1950’s)

I totally agreed on the level of weathering, as most bridges during this period were kept up. Cheap labor and materials (before EPA rules) made painting a relatively cheap maintenance task.

Everything is in balance from the bridge, concrete abutments, river, weeds, trees, rocks, etc.and photography. I just looks real. Congratulations!

Perhaps, but it might be made to match with the amount of rust on piers in discrete amounts and locations towards the bottom along the edge.

Take the easy way out and add a few guys painting your piers. Make it look like their last task is painting the piers.

Ok, so when I look at the cards that I post over on the Lounge section, one of the aspects that I oft times wonder about is where the photographer is standing or placed to capture the picture.

Somewhere I actually have a card that features the photographer caught by another photographer so you can know where they are located.

So, do you give any considerations as to the "reality" of how a scale photographer might capture your photos - are they taken from a plausible angle and location that reflects a plausible reality when you are working around your module? Just a passing thought.....
