Big black door stop ...who did it?

Hello keepers of the doorstops .
Any idea who built this one ?
Lots of Mikados in the world but can not match this up with any catalog illustrations (I've found)

Double cab windows were a Saginaw signature ... but I thought they only made 3 locos ...442,460 and 280? ....
It has been modified for inside third rail .... but proper whiskers can be added .

Hello all
Thank you again Bob for pointing to Scalecraft . Found the Mikado in the 1940 and 1941 catalogs.

I know Scalecraft went through some turbulent times post war but did they issue any postwar catalogs other then the 1950 copy showing the Northern ?
Here is a page with the Mikado from the 1940 catalog .
