Here is one on how stupid I might be! Last week in a garage sale. Really barn sale. There was a 40 star hand sewn us flag. Full of mouth holes and shredded. This flag was hanging on a barn door. The guy wanted $50. I passed. These flags were only made for 6 days

Rolling Stones style. Typing is not easy with an I phone and checking for errors even harder. That flag looked like a buffet for moths. I could get $10,000-20,000+ it was a period flag.

No matter how a teacher might correct behavior or encourage/urge participation, they are always wrong, for how they approached, worded, used a tone, selected words, expressed the point through volume or the lack of it, or didn't simply bend far enough over to kiss the student's *** and say, "Oh please, honeybunny, would you like to stop strangling that classmate and stop torturing our classroom white mice? Hum? Huh? Maybe. Sorta? Now, be sure to run home right away and tell your parents how bad I am and how perfect their interpretation of what happened, even though they did not witness a minute of it, is, as absolutely perfect supervisors of all things education. Oh, and be sure to tell them I am aware that you are the perfect judge of what you should be doing in the classroom and are not capble of making an error in your judgement, ever. Sweetheart. Precious."

Those American multinational companies that keep billions of dollars stashed off shore because they don't want to pay taxes.

A historic Memphis, Tennessee, theater, which has shown "Gone With the Wind" screenings for 34 years, has decided to remove the classic film from its schedule due to its racially "insensitive" content.

It won't be long now before the book burning starts. "Gone With the Wind, Huckleberry Finn and then down the road the biggest book of hate. The BIBLE.

There is plenty of blame to go around for sure. But, I can't help but ask myself, had the left not shown up at Charlottesville to protest the idiotic WS and KKK and just allowed them to march around looking stupid, would there have been violence. I think they would have gotten bored of marching and impressing only themselves and this episode would have been a whimper in the wind, instead of mainstream news, that they obviously wanted.

There is no common sense on either side, but I think the left is winning in the game of protest.

It is incredibly scary out there and to think the media and mainstream reporting are supporting the left in anything and everything they do. At least NPR does. They just keep throwing gasoline on the fire by having their own biased guess commentators, mostly supporting what is happening in our country, give their left wing opinion and second guess Trump at every move. I've never seen a period in modern US history when the press was so involved in helping to shape the country. It's very much like nazi germany from what I've read. Runaway fascism. These statue destroying radicals are no better than ISIS destroying middle east temples and historic monuments. It's the past guys, not the future. You can make the future what you want it without destroying the past. What will history report of these times...if there is anyone around to read it.

And what will be said to the so-called "Native Americans"?
I say "so-called" for a concrete reason. That is, first, they are not "Native" to North , Central, and/or South American continents. They walked over a frozen Bering Straight during the last Ice Age from Asia, and survived, spreading as far southward as they could get. Where do they "belong," therefore?

Who was next? Caucasians? OK. So? Then, battles between the two groups ensued. Somebody won. Others lost. That is the history of the world. Should the Europeans return to Europe? If so, then, so should the Blacks return to Africa, every one of them, as well as the former Asians. That would leave the place empty. Maybe. How about those born throughout the Americas? Do they get to own it all?

Furthermore, if all those people who are ancestrally Europeans were to return to Europe, to where, exactly, would they take up legitimate residence? Every single country has a history of warfare and conquest. Considering royal families and kingdoms, should Europe be returned to the Ancient Romans - the Italians?

Africans. To where would they be returned? Do they even know to what geography each nation or tribe had earned entitlement (through warfare and enslavement of neighbors, I might add), even well before the intrusion of the Europeans?

The Middle East. Who could ever figure that mess out.

So, who belongs where? I ask you. Is it where they landed and conquered/ Or is it nowhere.

And once we figured all that out, there would not be a single statue standing anywhere for anybody, unless we started erecting them to scientists and doctors and invertors who helped advance the well-being, safety, and ease of the world.
