A Blast from the Past - MTJ Traveling Boxcar

Holy throwbacks, Batman! Turned up in storage after years of going MIA. Wonder if any of the names are still around here.

Hi, Nick. How are you doing? How's the family, and the pooch?

We're all doing well Roy! Still on hiatus from the hobby with no layout space in my condo but loving South Florida life otherwise. Today Rocko and I watched the Goodyear blimp land at its base 10 minutes from my place.

Rocko's so cute! They just recently retired the Goodyear blimp out here, in L.A. I think they're going to build one more like yours. Frankly, I prefer the four fin tail.

It amazes me how you took it upon yourself to keep the car. Some things never change

His tagline, PC, says it all. He went to the train community for the car donation and paint funding. At least give the penniless child credit for posting credits that support his cash strapped railroad.

Hope all has been well by you. Ben is right, this place doesn't seem to have changed much, still got my salty old fan club!

Glad to hear that you and the LW doing well.
Been busy with work getting close to retirement. My realtor wife is actively looking for a model railroaders dream house - large basement (walkout?) with a ranch house on top and open space behind. Might take a while.
