To be accurate, I have NO idea whether the show was "excellent as I was UNABLE to attend, though it seems to have been from all the posts I have seen. The reason for my original post was to note that NEXT year' National show appears to be headed for:

ROCKVILLE, MD per Mr. Shumaker. Anybody able to confirm that?

I saw Tony Koester speaking with the fellow who I guess is involved in organizing the next National event. I was surprised to learn he might be venturing beyond HO scale where he gained so much notoriety over the years. A step in the right direction I think although with an availability flow somewhat more challenging then he's probably use to.

However Rockville, MD is about 350 miles farther away than the conventional this weekend, so it is doubtful I'll be attending. Time will tell.

I believe a show in the Rockwell Md area should do well, not that far from the big Timonium shows or from the Towson Md O scale National a few years ago,good for me. JMO

It's an hour south of either of those - right across the street from the White Flint Metro stop in what is known more as North Bethesda

I am hopeful - 3 tracks of clinics scheduled already........
