*splutter* *cough*

At least he woke you with empties, San. He nearly drowned me in Idaho Gold. Ok, I'm awake.

Very nice, Shorty. Like San, I've seen the last two, but not the first, which is my favorite. Very nice lighting.

Here's where I live:

Nice one Willie! Looks like my old stomping ground.

Short's buying beers. You want one?

DennisB, Willy,

This camp is getting some real soul. As diorama creators and photographers you guys are scary. Those scenes not only depict railroadiana in O-Gauge, but have their own character, dignity, and feeling. They are art.

Meanwhile, we have a '40s beauty (with brains, savey, and street smarts), an enthusiastic cinematographer, a poet and writer, a newly married distiller and barkeep, and goodness knows what other talents.

I am humbled. I guess I'll have to have a drink to get past it.

Virtual depravity and O-Gauge trains. A combination that works for me.

San

Here, here! Another toast to you Shorty: May you die in bed at ninety-five years, shot by a jealous husband. Cheers!

Been waiting on a toast from Tramp a fortnight now. He's a clever one! A poet supreme! Although, it seems to take him an eternity to get his mouth around a few choice words. Doesn't seem to have that problem with the lip of a bottle, though!

You guys can see that photo, or is it showing up as text as it is on my computer? Plus I can't get back into the post and edit it- no button. :?

Either this program has glitches, or my computer has a mind of its own, which it seems to have lately and is more than I can say for myself.

San, I once worked on a painting crew doing downtown buildings in Vermont. One guy had a masters in philosophy, one a doctorate of art, one was an ex-green beret, me, the highschool dropout, and the crew head's dad was a Mafia guy from NJ, who had his little toes surgically removed so he could wear pointy Italian shoes. We had a great time. The green beret could move a 40-foot wood ladder by himself. There's a character in my first novel based on him.

Jackie. Toasts require lubrication. Lately there's been NO fresh Labatt ale.

Will, sadly, this morning, your shot would not appear. Is it the milk train in the woods?

Surgically removed so he could wear pointy Italian shoes? That drink Shorts so nicely bought me last night must've really funked me up. I can't see Will's snowy picture and worse yet, I can't even see Tramp anymore. Tramp, come back, I feel sea-sick without your photo to stabilize me. Shorty, what was in that thing? You ok or is it just me?

I've made a bunch of experimental short films, in both 8 and 16mm. That still is from the one I made while touring around Japan one summer playing drums and flute in a band, I had my 8mm Brownie and shot hundreds of little clips in the spirit of Haiku. I edited them together by seconds instead of syllables, and I made the soundtrack later.

(Yow that gang of Emoticons blinking at you as you try to write these things can be scary)

Dont' you love split screens? Watching the one next to the other, the interaction? I love it. Juxtaposition. Sometimes they come together in the nicest ways and then separate. I love it.
