Perhaps, you shouldn't unsee it.......perhaps this is a case of:

Look for a Long Time at What Pleases You......
And Longer Still at what Pains You.....

and embrace not going there; a warning sign of sorts.

I wonder when that valentine gal realized she was exactly where she wanted to be in overall poundage and flesh-festooning. Can you imagine how hard her heart has to work every second? Are there other animals - mammals - on Earth that do that to themselves, deliberately?

Those are folds, not wrinkles. Look at the discoloration of the skin. That lady has chronic lymphedema. There doesn't seem to be any cure for the disease once it reaches that stage. And yes, many with the disease gain weight because the disease seriously impairs exercise. I suspect they suffer from depression also and eating makes them feel better. That lady is not the first one to pose like that. I don't know what gets into their heads to be naked or near naked models.
