(It reminded me of the Jaguar hood-ornament that sat front-n-center on a Jaguar I used to own [ before it pissed-me-off one too many times, which = twice] and liberated [it] to join the ranks of its other unemployed brothers. )

Yes! You're right, I'm sure! And I'll bet she had no trouble controlling any man who came under her purview, and I'll bet her hair was red (though I have no idea why I suggest that! )
