Jon, that boat is huge.

Pete, oil lamps going again tonight. What a lovely gift those are.

Jon, you sure got a knack for taking your son's picture. Great shot!

His birthday? Two hobos in two days?

Trampus, did you ever fire-up that semaphore lamp?

I hope the ‘bos had an enjoyable Thanksgiving. I went to L.A. for ten days. Had a good time visiting relatives, Allied Trains and hanging around the railroad tracks. (Got a couple of photos for "What is it?")

I see the ‘bos acted crazy while I was gone. (LOL. That is why this jungle is fun to visit.) Sounds like everyone had a great time.

Tramp had a birthday. Happy birthday Tramp.

CTT was in the mailbox when I got back. Really nice Plasticville switch tower article by Dennis Brennan. Thank you Dennis for the step-by-step. Very interesting painting instructions. The use of graph paper as an assembly guide is ingenious

Dennis showed us his Gomer’s Pyle-n here in the jungle. Fantastic realism. Dennis is really something. Whether we are into toy trains, hi-rail or scale, he has something for us.

"Hobos? No fire. I just got in and I need something warm. Jungle? This is a jungle? Man, it's cold tonight. Hey?" Tramp raises his voice. "Anyone around?"

Well go-ol-ol-eee!
Anyone ready for a refill?

In a nice little twist of fate, the word 'gomer' is a term known in the medical community. It's an acronym for 'get outa my emergency room', and it's in reference to any scurf that comes wandering in who's particularly dirty, noisy, stinky, or obnoxious.

Um... sort of... exactly like us!
Here's a toast to Dennis and his karma!

Tramp, Hmmm. That's odd. I just stepped outside to check on it and nothing yet. Maybe we have a slow riser down here tonight!!
Thanks, I'll get the next round. :D

Set me up too please! (Who's tending anyway?!)

I just did a naked joke for T and he laughed so hard he cried. Is that good or bad?

Jon, I've heard of those slow risers. Not sure what to recommend.
