Jon, 3.2 beer! No wonder. I was drinking Keith's IPA from Nova Scotia. If we divide your count by half we're looking neck and neck. Actually, my drinking days are pretty much over. Sad but true.

Tramp, Naaa. The 3.2 days down here have been gone(thank goodness) for a couple of years now!! It's an even 5 which is all I need anyhow!!!! :D But I still see it as a draw, myself!!! Believe it or not I've slowed way down since my son came along, but it's still fun to pull a "bender" every now and then.

Hey Gang:

With the pills the Dr. gave me for my colostral(sp) the last beer I had was my Birthday 5/26/05. I can't drink and take the pills cause I wake up all flushed. I also feel like its 100 degrees and I can't find a fan or ac. Don't need that...She said if you want to have a beer before you go to bed skip the pills for the night.

Did ya see the picks of the Live Steam on my webshots page?

Jim

J~n! I'm so happy I asked, thought I might get a good photo out of it! And still you're up at dawn all bright and bushy. UNLIKE THE SQUIRREL

Perrine, funny thing, I keep waking up all flushed, feeling like it's about 100 degrees too, I thought it was just sleeping with Tramp. You're not sleeping with him too are you? I think it's great drinking beer, taking pills, sleeping with him and waking up all hot and flushed. I wouldn't worry about it you know.

Jon:

Nope nothing new for the layout...Not even the new Yuengling car that I want to get for it. MaMa wants the Christmas Aquium(SP) car that is blue. She saw 1 on e-bay but it went for about 60 bucks. I think it came out in 95. The grand daughter took her first steps yesterday or today...My daughter sent me a 6 second video of her takeing a few steps...My wife says she looks like she is walking a a high wire with her hands out at her sides for balance.
Thanks for checking out the pics of the Steam Railroad. They have an open house about 3 times in the summer and about 3 more for just members and guests and the 2 day Sept. days and a picnic in August. I didn't get to go to the picnic cause I had just joined and didn't know all the ins and outs yet. Going to take my grandson over the end of the month. I just love the GG-1 even if its not steam. Have ridden behind 2 Hudsons (NYC) of course.

Perrine, I'd love to see that video.

Jon, Tramp and I are upstairs here with the woodstove going on our 3rds. His eyes are green and there's a squirrel stamped on the side of the stove. When are you off - it's 5:30!

Jon, can't go to the races tonight. I have to spend the evening with the nurses.

I'm sending you a pic though, from last weeks races. It's a good'un.

Oops! (I thought I was only showing these to Jon). But thanks for sticking them here regardless, Jon. Tomorrow, I can show Aaron that he's even MORE famous!

We go to the Saturday night races to watch the spectacle, but also to watch my friend Denny and his sons, all of whom race at the track. Denny's son Troy, having won one of the feature-races that night, got to have his picture taken out on the track. They took the opportunity to roll all 3 cars out, and then Denny asks Aaron if he wants to come along. Denny drops Aaron in his car, lets him steer all the way out, (under human power), and lets Aaron hold the checkered flag while the official photog took pictures of the 'Tanner Racing' boys. There he was, under the mercury-vapor lights, right in front of the grandstands, grinning like a pig in slop.

The second pic was Aaron sitting in the car in the pits. It's up on a stand so they can prep the tires, make chassis adjustments, work on the motor, etc. Aaron spent so much time grinning that night, it's a wonder his face didn't crack.

How cool was that!

Any of you hobos get up this way, we'll be glad to spring for pit passes for you. Aaron will tell you everything you want or need to know.

Do you know of a way I can show the video of my grand daughter on here? I would like for Daisy to see it and you also...Can I send it to you so you can do something with it? Its a quick time video.

Thanks Jim
