Hey, now. That 'bo's got himself a working grub box. I love it.

I just finished a "Grubby One" and am working on a "Work Top Box".

I'm a 'bo and gotta travel. By road or rail. On the road, I gotta have a kitchen.

It's been my summer project and passion. And, like the layouts, a work in progress. Best thing about it? My "doesn't sleep on the ground" and "camping is for gypsies" wife has claimed it for her turf. Designer sheets in the cabin, a well equiped kitchen, and little doodads she finds at the 99 cent store are constantly being added. It's pretty cozy for two and we are enjoying it up in the nearby Laguna Mountains on weekends. Waking in the mountains, putting on a pot of coffee, and kicking back are what it is all about. The Magnum doesn't even feel it behind, even on grades.

The last several days, it would take me two or three tries to get in here. Took three tries this morning. I was hoping the server was overloaded with all the new members :)

Ah. Working. I tell you what, those tuna steaks were good. Pink red in the center, charcoal seared on the outside, dipped in ponzu and wasabi. Yum.

San, that is some rig. My Gog that thing is cool. Must be a lifesaver if you live in a populated area and need to get away.

Hitch it up, and off you go.

I'm hungry. Going to head to the Asian market for some fresh Ahi and panko flour.

Fried catfish and plain old tartar sauce with plenty of hush puppies and slaw. Certainly no foo-foo fish.

Capt. Turk, Here you go!!! I've decided to scale the layout plans back to a simple figure 8 due to the uneven ground coupled with my lazy ***!!!!! :D

Damn! If I ever start my pike, can I import you to Maine for a few weeks? Jon, you have more energy than anyone I know.
