Rotor-head?

No doubt distantly related to Motorhead,

Well someone broke the deadlock! Look on the bright side bo's - TGIF eh! Spent SIX HOURS drawing brickwork, really gorgeous it looked too and of course the damn computer got accidentally turned off by someone being careless unplugging from the power strip and needless to say I hadn't saved any of the steps! So now I got pixellated eyeballs and am playing Scrabble when I'd rather be asleep!

Just remember when a wife says "Take your trains I don't want them", she's actually saying, "Take your trains out of here because I don't want them physically BUT please leave an inventory of their value because I do want what they are worth."

Beers are on me tonight boys. Can someone lend me a few bucks to buy? :D

One of my last memories of my father's voice (He died when I was ten) was etched in my memory one evening when I was ten. He was working in his shop in the basement, crafting some model homes for layouts. He had apparently decided not to use a wooden push-stick to move the wood along on his tablesaw and slipped. The circular blade took the tips off the middle, ring, and pinky fingers of his right hand. He called out to my mother, who was upstairs in the kitchen w/ me, "ROSE! (Her name) ROSE! Help me!" I'll also never forget the sight of him as he came rushing upstairs w/ a towel that he had taken off the laundry basket wrapped around his hand . The towel was already fully soaked red by the time he made it to the top of the stairs. We were all in tears by then.

Oh, BTW, he was not a drinking man, and ceratinly not in his workshop, even though it made no difference that night.
Murph

P.S. To this day, I cannot stand to be near the sound of a power wood saw. In fact, one time, in recent memory, when I saw the 20-something young man across the street using a rickety, rusty old hand-held saw, I insisted he stop, go w/ me to the hardware store, and let me buy him a new one on the spot. He had to promise never to pick up the old saw again and to discard it, which I believe he did.

Better place for it there than on the radial saw table! The band saw doesn't scare me; the radial saw should scare any normal human being particularly any that's not ambidextrous!

Best beer I have ever had....well, ok in the top 5. Aged in bourbon barrels and 9-10% alcohol as well, and smooth as it gets and only $6 a bottle,
