It came with an MTS decoder too.
I wish I had some portable track for my switcher.
It would be fun to load it up with beer and sausage, then run it around in circles till we got so dissy (or drunk)we fell off.

It's alot more fun when you can actually"ride" the train. I just wish all the guys in the club weren't old fuddy duddies( trying to be nice), they don't allow any alcohol at the track site or when running the trains. They say it's a bad influence on the kiddies. Oh well, I guess that's the price you pay to have access to a half a mile of track.

Clouser, I contacted the owner and it appears that they are not going to produce a 1/43 line at this time as he did'nt think there would be a market for them. I emailed him back explaining how big the o gauge market was and the amount of 1/43 cars and trucks on those layouts that need babes. It does'nt hurt to try!!!!!!! :D

Always glad to help!!
A poem and photo from Tramp:

Some have said friendship is like a flame,
Something we spot through a storm,
Something to draw us close to the hearth.
Can a harsh wind douse such a light?
Not for a railroad man in the night,
Who encased the fire with steel and glass
Hey, you gotta love his damn ***.

Photo credit goes to the divine D, obviously. Lantern credit goes to a certain forum member. The terrible poem is mine I'm afraid, but D had me drinkin' Red Stripe all day. Damn woman just keeps gettin' me beers. Life is tough.

Jon, D has never seen the trains run. Imagine that.

Have you ever had the best day ever? And so many in a row then?

(this is Daisy, sorry, soon as I get this router figured out I'll log in as myself again)

Peter Pete P - what a fine thing

what a fine fine thing to come home to that package from you with the second lamp inside, such as it was and all included, and I having just bought lamp oil at the hardware store this morning not knowing.

and now the best time of day falling all over us

I'm so happy I think I might flip my blip.

It was old Pete who sent me these lamps. May they stay lit for a long while. [This is Tramp if any are in doubt.]
