So it's not just me about Jackie's avatar? Whew. I might not have much wood to sprout but it sure causes some kind of sympathetic vibration on my peaches.

J^NN! You qualified on M60s? Are you for hire?

I'm not kidding! We actually still use these deuce and a halfs!!! I'm driving one back tomarrow. It'll shake your teeth loose and drown out the entire world. Not to mention the most screwed up shift pattern I've ever used....
On the plus side though, it has enough traction to break the suction of Rosie O'Donnell from a freshly waxed linoleum floor. :D

Well, brother, how is it out there in campland? We Air Force types were always a little circumspect about hand held weapons. If it's less than 1000 lbs or can't fly more than mach .5, what good is it?

In all seriousness, we also had to 'qualify' once a year with the M1911 (a type of pistol; it has a trigger and bullets come out of this tube in the thing) and M16A1. I actually enjoyed it. Even though the %%^#*^ M16A1 ALWAYS jammed and really needed that forward assist next to the bolt carrier. What can you expect when you allow General Motors to make weapons?

I always thought those guys in the range towers were commedians and DJs in training. They seemed to have a thing for talking up steak and eggs for breakfast. Never saw that on an Army base. Nor an Air Force base. Our restaurants had fiber rich granola and healthy smoothies. That's why we were sooooo 'regular' (There is little you can do in a flight suit on a 12 hour mission).

And yes, Jackie's avatar makes wood stiff.

You take care and make the best of it. Ya, hear, boy?

Think the avatar's good, you should see the prototype.

Now, Petey, I didn't know you were a rivet counter.

That a good one, Jon. Still, mixing talk about Jackie and Rosie, even here in the jungle. can be a little rough on the mind...

San, JB's enough to make a rivet-counter out of the Pope.

Now Petah, you've made me blush. We agreed not to bring up that past tryst with Karol Josef. That was a long time ago. But I must admit it does make me smile thinking of his excitement when I wore the Mother Superior costume. You know, all this fuss about my avatar makes me think you all have to get out of your basements more often.
