Here's a C&G car in the square in front of the fountain in Chambersburg heading off to Fayetteville. There's a 2nd car in the background to the left....

O scale? If so, not a bad price. Kind of neat in a way.

The CG&W interchange with the H&F in Shady Grove. You had to get off the CG&W and walk over to the H&F car - H&F was standard gauge and the CG&W was PA trolley gauge......

Love that photo you have provided above of that "trolley meet" because it reminded me of this liittle guy I have on the layout. I really like this little guy. It was especially enjoyable being able to so clearly see that "people-scooper" on the front of the trolley, in particular on the left, in your photo, Rufus, because I remember them well and am glad this model I have includes such a detail and seems such a good model, using what you've shown us as a guide.

Living in greater Pittsburgh in my youth during the 50's, I used to get on trolleys and ride just for the sake of riding, taking them to the end of routes and back. Having a model of one on the layout was a must, early on. I had originally planned a route for this one significantly longer than around this neighborhood but decided it required too much track going through a particular narrow area of the layout, so I reduced its reach.

Nice trolley scene, Murph. Like the way you've managed to sink the track into the road - all you need is some overhead wire. Maybe you can put the trailing pole secured by the retriever line to give more of an illusion of using overhead??

And a CG&W that I did not have a copy of too!
