Correct Roger. It is Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp trading as BNI. He bought the whole shebang, exept for my shares.

The whole shebang, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, is engaged primarily in the freight rail transportation business. It also owns or leases other equipment to support rail operations, including containers, yards, terminals, locomotive shops, a centralized network operations center for train dispatching, computers, telecommunications equipment, signal systems and other support systems.

Beer's on Tramp and me as we are finally "flush" like San.

You're welcome Roger. I hope I got it right. Where is Scotth? He has a degree in this finance stuff. While he is drinking his beer maybe he could explain why Warren is paying $100 per share, but if Tramp or I sell, we only get $97.60?

If you wait until Warren closes the deal you'll get your $100 a share. That will take months and always has the potential for problems.

Sweet, buddy!

It's a known and proven medical fact* that you cannot listen to a Carlos Santana song without something on your body keeping the beat. Among their other conclusions: the cooler you are, the more parts that are moving all at once.

Once again, Dirt, you have proven yourself to be a man of vision. Santana - Soul Sacrafice - Woodstock - he was....it was....the event was.....well, let's just say, the aftermath made all the difference. Some of us did listen and still do. More than body parts vibrated - still do. Feel me?

All right youse guys.Really giving me a bad time now.

I have been a musician all my life.Well as long as I can remember.Primarily classicalI like everything but rap.

Spanish/Latin music has always been a turn on to me.I think because of its' passion and I have no logical explanation for this. But I don't need to have one.

The coffee is brewing in the house and beers are iced down outside as well. I've got some friends coming over to do some star gazing tonight. Nice and cool with some crystal clear skies. :D
