what scale is this???

I am having trouble trying to find out id this is 2 r or 3 r and will Kadee 786 couple-rs will fit.
the say it will fit MTH and other wheel sets ..

If you look at the Image, it is TOTALLY OBVIOUS that it is "O"! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
