The asking is ridiculous.
The tender looks like it was carved out of a foam block and painted.
Engine running boards are gone on one side. Wrong boiler for the frame, isn't it? Tailstock extends what, four feet past the end of the cab, attached to a deck plate? Looks like someone stuck an air pump on it for the sale.
Solder under the cab is entry level at best.
Third rail pickup roller under the engine...and it's one only (stalls at every frog). Tender floor is a wood block.
Okay, I won't even try to guess value (whatever some idiot will pay for it), but this one I wouldn't even let someone give me.
