Jon, I think wine improves anything! Especially one's attitude.

Pete! You scallylag (a favorite tag of my 3-year old grandson)! You are a sight for sore eyes!

Rumor has it every time Tramp has broken wind this morning, sounds like he's singing "To All The girls I've Loved before".

Jon, you trying to kill me? Not all of us might be as chipper as you today. I'm nursing a beer, very slowly, and thinking of driving to the hobby shop. Now why would I want to do that?

Tramp. I have a confession to make. Do you remember that time in Wyoming we ran out of beer and whoever pulled the "short straw" had to take the hand cart 100 miles to the next town for a six pack? Well, all the straws were short. I just can't believe you fell for 3 times that night

Tramp, I just can't think of anything at my hobby shop thats gonna get me out in this holiday traffic.
I think I've pretty much got my train list complete for this year other than waiting on the arrival of a premier NYC Pullman set for the Hudson, and an Atlas GP-9 to drag the crane around. Enjoy your "hair of the dog" brew!!! I'm gonna wait till noon here to crack my first one. Which is exactly 32 minutes from now, not that I'm counting or anything!! :D  30 minutes now.

Jon, that beer sure helped. Now a turkey sandwich and another frosty. The hobby shop is two hours away. No traffic. It's just an excuse to drink early. My wife loves to go. Pretty drive, of course. Today we're just gonna head down to Rockland. I lost my favorite Labatt 50 cap and I'm praying it's at this restaurant.

Boy, did I get brined! You asked me what I meant by the KNOW. No idea. It probably meant something VERY significant last night though.

Enjoy the scenery!! We'll keep the fire stoked and save you a few swallers from the jug. As for me I'm headed out the front door with my M-1 and a six pack to cut the lawn for the last f&cking time this year.

Hello you funny thing. My favorite Thanksgiving to date. The whole thing was made out of champagne. Plus I got seated next to a poet. Ended up at the beach (after a brief stop at Don's Irish) where rays of light were shooting down from the clouds into the gulf as if God really existed. Maybe he/she/it/x/  actually does?

Problem is I have no hair of the dog. You think hair of the cat might do? Just for today?

Dizzy, I mean, Daisy. There are poets left in FL? What are they doing there?

Jon, found my cap. You know what that means.

He was an import. Upstate NY. Crazier than a rubber dog. I think all the poets down here are lost in the swamp. It's really their only choice if they're true poets.

ps. I hope finding your cap means that when you drink I can get drunk from it. It'd really save me a lot of lettuce.
