That's funny. have some larger signs that are geared towards bizarre. " Podiatrists support Rob." "This harmonica player supports Rob" (sign is in a friends yard) "Parents support Rob" I will add a sign to our dinosaur park. " Dinosaurs don't support Rob, Don't be a dinosaur. Vote independent" " Those examples will be larger one off signs. Sensible people support Rob" This will be around 20-25 signs.

Maybe one of us can help you out.

I'm trying a theme of " We can all do better" "Politics we no emotion or ego" I like the ideas of open primaries, along with a national primary day. All day kindergarten, term limits of 12 years max for every position. With 8 for the president. I believe school spending can be trimmed in some areas to allow for more teachers. I feel every kid should get the best they can from public education. I support homeschooling. I would support better background checks for gun buyers. Even longer waiting periods to take ownership of a gun.( I don't know if these things will really help.) Our veterans deserve better treatment. the U.S. spends around $220 billon on vets. Somehow i feel it does not fall into the right hands. As a state rep i would have no say in that.

This is my opening bio for the league of women voters. I'm open to criticism.
I have lived in Central Bucks for 50 years. Grew up in Doylestown and New Britain. Where i now reside. I'm married and have an 8 year old daughter. I went through the Central Bucks school system. For the last 30 years. i have held the same job. Managing for a multi national company. Importing fine arts and antiques. This has taught me how to work with many cultural differences in coming up with business solutions. Along with that 'm a board member of VAMPA Museum. Over the past few election cycles. I have watched both parties cause major fighting between friends, families and neighbors. It's time for this to stop. As an independent I feel that I can bring both parties together while working for the people of Central Bucks . I have no parties bosses to satisfy We can move on from our party differences. Build a friendlier, cleaner and more productive place to live.
Fire away. 'm all ears.

Sorry Rob. This has become cliché. I think you and I agree on more than we don’t, but these people need to be defeated and we both know who they are.

I realize you’re on a public venue and it would be real easy to fall on your sword by saying to much as a budding politician

I believe the reason Trump has so much appeal to the American people is because he brings the fight to these people while the spineless twit, do nothing Republicans get steam rolled by the Democrats.

A few of my thoughts:

robert. wrote: "Politics we? no emotion or ego"

I think you mean: Politics with no emotion or ego! that said, I don't know that emotion is necessarily a bad thing.

Maybe just: Politics with compassion (meaning I care) and without ego!
That might be a good catchphrase.

I like the ideas of open primaries, along with a national primary day

I would say: I am in favor of open primaries and a national primary day.

I am in favor of 12 year term limits (max is redundant) for congress whether consecutive or split terms. The term limit for the office of president, should remain at two 4 year terms.

The kindergarten thing is not really related to this. I support homeschooling, should the parents desire to do so.

I would support background checks for gun buyers using the REAL ID card.

Our veterans deserve better treatment. The U.S. currently spends around $220 billion on vets. I want to see more of that money go directly into veterans hands.

A bit of my opinion, but I tried to keep your general flow.

Hope this is of help!
Rich

Real ID. Is a cluster Fu$k in PA. They constantly move the deadline. May 2023 has become our new deadline and that is probably going to change

Understood, but when up and running it should be the best form of identification.

Pa had had a problem initiating real ID. They were late to the party. When it came time to purchase equipment. Then with covid. Nobody need an updated license photo. Penn Dot used your old photo on file and mailed your license to you.
