What? You don't like to eat..............sushi?

Well, not when it is held together with a strip of black electric tape, and never with that angle presented as foremost.

I'll bet the "electrical tape" is really seaweed. And as for the children, they probably know more sex tricks involving toothpaste than I do.

As noted, seaweed.

Despite what most people have come to believe, Sushi doesn’t have to be fish. In Japan, you can find all sorts of raw meats served as sushi ranging from chicken to raw horse meat.

The sushi image was created digitally. No fish, chickens, horses or humans were used. The artists are Cristian Girotto and Olivier Masson.

Somehow, somewhere, I have a feeling that's over-the-top, especially at the moment of opening wide and chomping down. No? Yes? Maybe?

Actually, the most over the top sushi item I've ever seen was the lobster that was served still alive and moving......

Do the purveyors of Sushi simply ignore the custom of cooking chicken, fish, pork, and certainly such animals as shrimp and lobster (and dog and bear  ) to a "proper" temperature and cooking time? The term "trichinosis" (prevention: fully cooked meat) springs to mind. Am I old-fashioned in this regard? If so, I don't give a good puking.

(Source of "prevention" and picture of pressed bear meat with larvae visible is Wikipedia.)

There was a restaurant in NYC that served this preparing it right before you.
