Clever question, Roger.
It is occupying a particular length and width that would not be available for another purpose. So I guess a ticket by an amazed functionary would be invited .

It is rather obvious that that Peterbilt 379 Pontoon Boat isn't powered by a Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, or Paccar diesel.

The whole shebang says Joy, to me.

Imagine the happiness it grants everybody who sees it coming down a waterway at them. Nobody could see that coming and not smile .

The Peterbilt pontoon boat Rufus posted is powered by a Mercury outboard motor.
