Do you think they meant to indicate the thigh part, as opposed to the “drumstick” ?

Pretty sure that the thigh and drumstick are all part of the same leg in the chicken....possible that they had an aversion to the word "thigh" as being too suggestive? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
