The ACA is not going away. Biden said he is going to improve on it and not pursue medicare for all. THE ACA is in the hands of private insurance that contributes millions of dollars to the democrats. The insurance companies plan on making a fortune selling these plans to the general public and the government will pay for it. Works out for everyone. I’m not 100 percent sure about this. In pa all mail in ballots had to be received before the polls closed. 8:pm election day. that is how things were done for many years. This year governor Wolf changed that without a vote by pa law makers. 300,000 votes are now in question. Was the deadline change illegal? I don’t know. Courts will decide.

Actually, I thought that the PA state supreme court had ruled on the 3 day period as that had been challenged. State is still in a state of emergency, so that probably grants some pretty wide latitude. And, each state gets to set how is does elections; that's not up to either party or whoever is on a ballot. Every 4 years this gets challenged in several states as who can or cannot be on a ballot, etc. Exceedingly rare that the states lose those challenges.

Are we sure these sequestered ballots have any real bearing on the outcome? As I understand it the count from those ballots is not included in the count that gave Biden Pennsylvania, and there are not enough of them to change the outcome if they were 100% Trump votes.

You can argue about the law, and who has the right to change it, and when, but in the overall scheme of things, it won't make a difference.

Pay more attention to Arizona and Georgia - they haven't been called yet! Georgia is probably the most important state at this point, no matter your politics.

Yeah - good information is difficult to get, but here is what Pennsylvania said Tuesday - two days ago

Biden's lead is 48000 votes.
Ballots received after Nov 4, and sequestered - 10,000
Provisional, military, out of state/country - 96000.

If you are a Trumpkin, that last category is your only hope. Assume that Trump does not want the sequestered ballots to count, and that he prevails. Then, out of the provisional/military etc. category, he would need 48000 more than Biden, assuming all provisionals are valid.

The math is complicated, but it seems like he would need 72000 of the 96000 to prevail, or 75%, to bring the PA election to a tie.

So the question: Is that likely? Even Fox News doesn't think so.

Anyone that thinks any news station is for anything other making money is naive. Clearly their change in position just verifies that they blow with the wind, and chase the almighty dollar all the way from Australia.
